Now two additional Core Plus+ Leader incentives, Personal Group Growth Incentive+ (PGGI) and Frontline Growth Incentive+ (FGI), join the line-up, providing you with two more ways to top up your income on a monthly and an annual basis.
All Core Plus+ Leader incentives at a glance
Core Plus+ discretionary incentives provide multiple opportunities to make the most out of what you earn. In addition to Personal Group Growth Incentive+ (PGGI) and Frontline Growth Incentive+ (FGI), you can also earn Performance Plus Incentive+ (PP) as well as the Two-Time Cash Incentive+ (TTCI). Let’s take a closer look at how to qualify for each incentive and what you stand to earn.
Personal Group Growth Incentive+
Available to all ABOs, this Leader incentive rewards you for following Amway best practices (ask your upline) and aiming for Ruby Volume. Earn monthly as well as annual payments as a multiplier on your Performance Bonus from Personal Ruby Q (PRQ) months (available for Founders Platinum up to Founders Emerald).
Important to know: You earn a PRQ every month you reach 10,000 Ruby PV or 4,000 Ruby PV with at least one leg at the 21% Performance Bonus level and a minimum of 2,400 Personal PV annually.
You can earn a 20% monthly multiplier on your Performance Bonus in PRQ months as long as you’re tracking for the PRQ months base compared to last Performance Year.
Frontline Growth Incentive+
Earn this appealing Leader incentive for those at Founders Platinum and above when you successfully coach emerging Leaders on their way to Founders Platinum. Keep adding new legs that qualify at the 21% Performance Bonus level to qualify for FGI each PY.
Important to know: You earn a Frontline Q (FQ) each month for every in-market leg that qualifies at the 21% Performance Bonus level, reaching a minimum of 2,400 Personal PV annually and having 24,000 Ruby PV annually (excluding Diamonds and above).
